Description

Columbine (Aquilegia vulgaris) prefers damp, shady habitats such as open woodlands and scrub. It produces very distinctive, five-petalled flowers in shades of purple, blue, pink, or white. Like other members of the Buttercup family, the plant is poisonous if ingested. Columbine’s unique flower shape attracts pollinators such as bees and butterflies, adding both visual appeal and ecological value to woodland edges and natural gardens. Its delicate blooms and elegant foliage make it a striking feature in shaded landscapes.

Our Columbine plug plants for sale are priced per plant. This product has a minimum quantity of 10 plug plants. For orders over 500 plug plants please contact us.

All our plants are native British wildflowers grown in Peat-free compost in our sustainable nursery.
