Description

Wood Sorrel (Oxalis acetosella) is a delicate, shade-loving perennial commonly found carpeting the floor of woodlands, hedgerows, and damp shaded banks. Its trifoliate, shamrock-like leaves give the plant a distinctive appearance and fold in response to rain or at night. In spring, it produces small, white, bell-shaped flowers marked with pink or purple veins, adding a soft, ethereal beauty to woodland habitats. Its gentle form and preference for cool, sheltered environments make it a classic indicator of undisturbed woodland.

Our Wood Sorrel plug plants for sale are priced per plant. This product has a minimum quantity of 10 plug plants. For orders over 500 plug plants please contact us.

All our plants are native British wildflowers grown in Peat-free compost in our sustainable nursery.
