Wild Mignonette (Reseda lutea) is a delicate, fragrant annual or short-lived perennial growing 30-60 cm tall. It produces upright spikes of small, bright yellow-green flowers from late spring to early autumn, which emit a sweet scent that attracts bees and other pollinators. The plant thrives in well-drained soils, often on roadsides, waste ground, and meadows. Reseda lutea adds subtle colour, fragrance, and ecological value to naturalistic plantings, wildflower gardens, and semi-wild landscapes.
