White Basil (Ocimum basilicum) is a highly aromatic herb. Its vibrant green leaves release a fresh, strong fragrance. Chefs often use them to enhance salads, sauces, and other dishes. The plant grows to about 50–70 cm tall and forms a bushy, compact shape. It produces small, delicate flowers that can be white or pale pink. With plenty of sunlight and regular care, Ocimum basilicum thrives and continues to provide flavour and beauty throughout the season.
