Description

Northern Marsh Orchid (Dactylorhiza purpurella) is a compact perennial with dense spikes of striking purple flowers that bloom from late spring to early summer. Its lance-shaped, often spotted green leaves form a neat clump at the base, enhancing the plant’s overall appearance. Thriving in damp meadows, marshes, and wet grasslands, it attracts bees and other pollinators. Dactylorhiza purpurella adds vibrant colour and ecological value to upland and wetland habitats.
