Description

Our late spring bulbs in the green mix combines Bluebell, Wild garlic (ramson), and Wood anemone bulbs. Plant these bulbs to create a natural woodland display of soft whites and blues, flowering in mid to late spring. Perfect for woodland, dappled shade areas and gardens, while supporting pollinators.

Your order will consist of 10 bulbs per species from the list below – a total of 30 bulbs: Plants are listed in photo order.
  • Bluebell (Hyacinthoides non-scripta)
  • Wild Garlic/Ramsons (Allium ursinum)
  • Wood Anemone (Anemone nemorosa)

*English or Scottish Bluebells are available upon request. English Bluebells being the default. Please add a note at ordering.

The term “In the green” describes bulbs that are actively growing rather than dormant, with visible green shoots. Planting bulbs in the green helps them establish more successfully, as you put them in the ground while they are alive and growing, reducing the risk of failure. You typically plant these bulbs in spring, unlike dry bulbs, which you plant in autumn.

All our plants are native British wildflowers grown from wild seed in our sustainable peat free nursery.
