Our large spring bulbs in the green mix combines bluebells, wild daffodils, and snowdrops to create a splash of colour in spring. They are best planted under trees, dappled shade, hedge-banks and gardens. These native spring flowers will easily establish, will spread and return year after year. They are also a good source of early nectar pollinators.

The term “In the green” describes bulbs that are actively growing rather than dormant, with visible green shoots. Planting bulbs in the green helps them establish more successfully, as you put them in the ground while they are alive and growing, reducing the risk of failure. You typically plant these bulbs in spring, unlike dry bulbs, which you plant in autumn.
