The White Campion plant has a preference for deep ,well drained soils in habitats such as hedge banks. It is suitable for: light (sandy) ,medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils. Suitable pH: acid ,neutral and basic (alkaline) soils. It can grow in light shade but not in full wooded shade. |
