Description

Burnet Saxifrage (Pimpinella saxifraga) is a hardy perennial that tolerates a variety of soils but prefers drier, calcareous conditions. It produces clusters of small, white flowers that attract insects and add subtle charm to meadows and grasslands. Found throughout the UK, it grows at elevations up to 810 m in Snowdonia and the Lake District. The plant is frost-tolerant and highly nutritious, making it valuable forage for sheep and cattle while supporting wildlife.

Our Burnet Saxifrage plug plants for sale are priced per individual plant. This product has a minimum quantity of 10 plug plants. For orders over 500 plug plants please contact us.

All our plants are native British wildflowers grown in Peat free compost in our sustainable nursery.
