Apple Mint (Mentha suaveolens) is a perennial that reaches around 30-60 centimetres tall. Stems grow quickly and produce dense foliage. Additionally, small pale purple flowers appear during summer. The plant thrives in moist, well drained soil and tolerates partial shade. It adapts well to containers or garden borders. Regular trimming encourages fresh growth and prevents overgrowth.
