Description

Hoary Plantain (Plantago media) is a low-growing perennial herb forming rosettes of soft, broad leaves. From late spring to summer, it produces tall spikes of tiny pale pink to white flowers that attract bees and other pollinators. The plant thrives in grasslands and meadows, especially on calcareous soils, adding delicate colour and structure to open habitats. Plantago media also supports biodiversity by providing nectar and shelter for insects.

Our Hoary Plantain plug plants for sale are priced per plant. This product has a minimum quantity of 10 plug plants. For orders over 500 plug plants please contact us.

All our plants are native British wildflowers grown in Peat-free compost in our sustainable nursery.
