Description

Heather Ling (Calluna vulgaris) is a low-growing, evergreen shrub with small, scale-like leaves. It produces delicate, bell-shaped flowers in shades of purple, pink, or white. The plant thrives in acidic, well-drained soils and is common on moorlands, heathlands, and in gardens. Its colourful blooms attract bees and other pollinators, while the evergreen foliage adds year-round texture and interest to wild and cultivated landscapes.
