Description

Cross-leaved Heath (Erica tetralix) is a compact, evergreen shrub with slender stems and grey-green, needle-like leaves. Its clusters of bell-shaped pink flowers bloom from midsummer, adding colour to damp habitats. The plant thrives in acidic soils and wet environments, including heathlands, bogs, and marsh edges. Erica tetralix also attracts bees and other pollinators, providing both visual appeal and ecological value to natural landscapes.
