Great Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is instantly recognisable by its tall flower spike, which can reach up to two metres. The bright yellow blooms appear in summer across England, Wales, and southern Scotland, though the plant is less common in northern and western Scotland and Ireland. Great Mullein thrives on open scrubland, rough grassland, wasteland, and hedge banks. Its striking flowers attract bees and other pollinators, adding height and colour to summer landscapes.
Our Great Mullein plug plants for sale are priced per plant. This product has a minimum quantity of 10 plug plants. For orders over 500 plug plants please contact us.
All our plants are native British wildflowers grown in Peat-free compost in our sustainable nursery.
