Lime Rich Hay Meadow 80:20 Seed Mix

Our Lime Rich Hay Meadow 80:20 Seed Mix is a UK native mix designed for semi-fertile, calcareous soils operating a traditional hay meadow management. This mix suits meadows, orchards, verges and open grassland cut once or twice a year or hay cut and graze. It combines wildflowers with supporting grasses to create a stable, long-lasting sward. Once established, this mix supports pollinators and a wide range of insects. It also provides habitat for birds and small mammals while adding seasonal colour and interest.

All our seeds are true UK native wildflowers, harvested from sites across the country many within Cumbria and some from our own meadows. We also work with Wildlife Organisations and collect wild seed from their Nature Reserves and other wildlife sites under a DEFRA permit.

This product is priced per unit (1 gram of seed), and we have a minimum order of 10 units (10 grams) for this seed mix.
