Description

Common Centaury (Centaurium erythraea) is a low-growing annual or biennial that thrives in grasslands, heaths, clifftops, dunes, road verges, and woodland rides. Its delicate pink flowers appear in large, dense clusters, sometimes with up to fifty blooms on a single plant. The flowers attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. It prefers well-drained soils and open, sunny sites, adding colour and charm to wildflower meadows and natural landscapes.
