Sunflower Hearts – Bird Seed

Sunflower Hearts provide a popular, energy-rich food for many garden birds. With their shells removed, they are easy to eat and leave less mess beneath feeders. They also provide a useful source of energy throughout the year.

Birds You May Attract

Sunflower hearts may attract Blue Tits, Great Tits, Goldfinches, Greenfinches, Chaffinches, House Sparrows, Tree Sparrows, Robins, Nuthatches and Great Spotted Woodpeckers.

How to Feed: Fill a suitable seed feeder with seeds. You can also offer small quantities on a clean bird table or in a ground-feeding tray. Provide fresh drinking water nearby. Feed little and often, remove spoiled food and clean feeders regularly. Store in a cool, dry place.
